The First Meeting of the Romanian Sports Arbitration Tribunal Arbitrators

PRESS RELEASE

Today, on August 21st, in a mixed format, with five members physically present and one member joining via video conference, the first meeting of the Romanian Sports Arbitration Tribunal Arbitrators took place at the headquarters in Bucharest.

During this meeting, the following appointments were made for a two-year term: Professor Cristian Jura, Ph.D., was designated as the President of R.S.A.T., while Lecturer Andrea Chiș, Ph.D., was appointed as the Vice President of R.S.A.T. Additionally, the R.S.A.T. Steering Committee was formed, consisting of Professor Cristian Jura, Lecturer Andrea Chiș, and Attorney Ovidiu Miheț.

At the meeting, the R.S.A.T. Rules, Internal Regulations of R.S.A.T., and Arbitration Fees were adopted.
