A second case has been registered with T.R.A.S.

PRESS RELEASE 

On March 29, 2024, the Secretariat of the Romanian Sports Arbitration Tribunal received the second request for arbitration on the tribunal’s docket. 

The Governing Board of the Romanian Sports Arbitration Tribunal met on April 3, 2024, and in accordance with Article 13.2 of the T.R.A.S. Arbitration Rules, appointed the arbitrators for the panel, namely Lect. dr. Andrea Annamaria Chiș as president, Prof. univ. dr. av. Mădălina Diaconu as arbitrator, and Prof. univ. dr. av. Dan Oancea as arbitrator. 

The registered case pertains to the sport of football.
