Prof. univ. dr. Mihaela Tăbârcă is a former judge with over 33 years of experience in the profession, of which 17 years at the Romanian Highest Court of Cassation and Justice, having a substantial teaching experience in the discipline of the Romanian Civil Procedural Law course. Also, in the period 2006-2010, Prof. univ. dr. Mihaela Tăbârcă was a member of the commission for drafting the provisions of the new Romanian Code of Civil Procedure, as well as a member of the commission established to outline the general concept and principle solutions and the structure of the draft law for the implementation of the new Romanian Code of Civil Procedure Civil Procedure (Law no. 134/2010).
Prof. univ. dr. Mihaela Tăbârcă was a member of collectives of specialized magazines, namely the main collaborator of the section on civil law and civil procedural law of the magazine "Juridica"; main collaborator of the section of civil law and civil procedural law of the "Romanian Journal of Jurisprudence", respectively member of the editorial board of the journal "Annals of the University of Law" within the "Dimitrie Cantemir" Christian University.
In the period 1994-2014 Prof. univ. dr. Mihaela Tăbârcă taught the Romanian Civil Procedural Law course at the "Dimitrie Cantemir" Christian University as a university assistant, university lecturer, university lecturer and later university professor. Prof. univ. dr. Mihaela Tăbârcă currently teaches Romanian Civil Procedural Law course at the Faculty of Law of the Academy of Economic Studies.
